React Native Developers
About the role: Build and ship iOS and Android mobile applications using React Native, working closely with product, design, and QA from prototype to App Store release.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain React Native apps optimized for iPad (multitasking, split view, orientation changes, large-screen layouts)
Build responsive, optimized UI in React Native and TypeScript, with reusable components, efficient state management, and smooth performance across orientations and split-view layouts
Integrate with backend REST/WebSocket APIs and handle auth, offline states, and real-time updates
Tune performance (startup time, rendering, memory) and resolve crashes
Own builds and signed applications
Requirements
5-8 years of React Native with at least one production iOS/Android app shipped
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript, React hooks, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
Working knowledge of Swift, Xcode, CocoaPods, and the iOS/Android build and release pipeline
Experience with iOS and Android UX and adaptive layouts
Familiarity with unit testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library) and CI/CD for mobile
Nice to have
React Native New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules) experience
Real-time messaging or voice/chat UI experience
Accessibility (VoiceOver) and localization
